It makes all the difference when you have builder/architects working on your dream home. And wouldn’t you know we’re back to take another stroll through our fantastic new custom designed home in Mosman.
It’s worth mentioning that every home we build includes access to our contracted interior designer who is multi-skilled and multi talented in all things style, design and forging a connection to your lifestyle and desires.
They are on hand to assist with the selection of materials, colours, finishes, curtains, carpets – you name it!
This time you can see the installation of the kitchen. Note the modern bench tops. We work with our selected joiner Avere Joinery – represented by the highly skilled Marcello Ponze.
Additionally, Marcello undertook the glass splash back, fireplace cabinets, all linen closets and wardrobe, and even the entry 'boxes’, which were custom designed by our client Kathy.

Next in the piece, our painter George of NG Painting commenced his fine craft.
Work has also begun on the exterior including the construction of the three tiered planter box wall. The client met with pool contractor – Crystal Pools, who we have had the pleasure of working with for many years now. Deciding to go ahead, works on the pool commenced, although not without unfortunate difficulty. The pool needed to be excavated completely out of rock. Not a job for the fair hearted – especially considering the rainy, wet weather we’ve been having!
