Have a sneak peak into our stunning Turramurra House. We interview the lovely Kirsty as she shows us around her custom build home located in Sydney's North Shore. She talks to us about her favourite features of the custom build and the experience she had in dealing with us at Chateau Architects + Builders. "Hi, my name's Kirsty. Welcome to my home designed and built by Chateau Architects and Builders. Please come on in and have a look at my contemporary, light and bright home
"So we've outgrown our current home and we've looked around on the market for quite a while and haven't found anything that was really going to suit what we wanted from a home, and we were currently living in a house built by Chateau and we love the quality of the fixtures and the fittings. And the fact that we could actually customize the house to best utilize the block of land we had then bought.
"Initially, we had a chat with [the] architect to give them a bit of a brief in what you would expect from the design of your home and from that flows obviously then Chateau [took over and] really organized all the different trades, and project managed the whole build really efficiently. We had regular site meetings and we were always welcomed on site just to have a look at the progress. and it was a very, very easy, pleasant process I have to say.
"We would definitely be happy to build again and we would definitely be happy with Chateau Architects and Builders to actually complete that project.
"We love this house, it's light, bright contemporary and easy living. We would definitely recommend that people build and people are always surprised that they've heard so many nightmare and horror stories out there about the building process and we just didn't have that experience [with Chateau Architects + Builders] at all - it was quite the opposite.
