Our team was tasked to bring to life a custom luxury home that truly paid attention to detail - and we delivered. In the heart of the home lies the kitchen, graced with an Italian marble island that sets the standard for the exquisite finishes to come. The main bedroom lives up to its palatial influences, with a dressing room, ensuite and balcony creating a luxurious private wing for the owners.

The luxury continues in the striking home office/library, the lobby and the home’s additional guest wing.

The magnificence of the home’s interior is reflected in the equally breathtaking outdoor space. Landscaped gardens are home to a poolside cabana, a patio with a barbecue and pizza oven, and even a putting green to satiate the needs of the most avid golf enthusiast. Combined together, this outdoor entertaining space is host to all kinds of family soirees, both intimate and extended.

Muted, classic colour palettes evoke the sense of a Hamptons mansion on Australian shores. With a mix of classic materials, including wood paneling, natural timber floorboards and parquet flooring, stone finishes, and glass textures, Seaforth House 1 has a timeless appeal without sacrificing complexity of materials and details. This attention to details serves to accentuate the clean lines of the home’s structure and layout.
