Winner of the prestigious NSW MBA Housing Award for the Design + Construct - $4m and over category, Collaroy House is a rich testament to the superior craftsmanship and innovative design skills our team are so celebrated for. 

The judges’ feedback was: ‘this house took 16 months to complete and made great use of new products, giving the building durability and low maintenance. Examples of this include the Danpolon wall paneling, the Alucabond eaves sheeting and Zinc roofing. A great deal of time and effort has been put into the European glazed pyrolave bricks in a bright teal colour, which is a central feature of the staircase. A job well done!’ 

Indeed, this home has to be seen to be believed in order to understand just how unique its finished impact is. The sprawling ocean view is framed through endless glass doors that fold back to create immediate access. This sets the tone for the open plan living, dining and kitchen spaces, designed to seamlessly complement the existing natural landscape. 

Light is a key feature in this home, with a multitude of windows thoughtfully integrated into focal spaces. This contributes to a symbiotic experience of harmony between the interior and the exterior, celebrating the home’s majestic locations at one of Sydney’s most beautiful ocean outlooks.
